How do I open an account?

Simply submit an enquiry via our Contact Us form or call us on 07 3184 9151. A member of our team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps.

Are your online doctors fully qualified?

Yes. All of our doctors are Fellows of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Can I get IV therapy prescriptions?

Yes. If you are an AHPRA-registered nurse or paramedic, Online Doctor Consult can send digitally signed prescriptions directly to your phone or email.

Do you script the full range of IV Therapy Vitamins?

Yes. We can prescribe the full spectrum of IVtherapies, as well as other medications and treatments when required.

Do you provide IV script repeats?

Yes. We comply with current regulatoryrequirements regarding repeat prescriptions. For a full breakdown, pleasecontact your compounding pharmacy directly.

Where are your doctors located?

Our doctors are based in Australia and are registered with AHPRA. Consultations are completed online through the Online Doctor Consult app.

Can I create an account directly with a compounding pharmacy??

Yes. We have affiliate compounding pharmaciesthat we recommend nationally. Our doctors can sign the initial account forms ifrequired.

Can I get a blood test or referral to a specialist?

Yes. Our doctors can arrange pathology referralsand specialist referrals as needed.

Do you offer IV training and education?

We can connect you with IV trainingacademies around Australia, which provides either in-person and/or onlinetraining in IV therapy.

What areas in Australia do you service?

Yes. Online Doctor Consult is available across Australia, including metro, regional, and remote areas, provided you have an internet connection.

What are the scripting payments?

Yes. You can access the app while travelling within Australia, making it easier to manage appointments, prescriptions, and healthcare support while away from home.

You’ll speak with an AHPRA-registered Australian doctor through a secure telehealth consultation in the app.
