Speak with an AHPRA-registered Australian doctor through a telehealth appointment in the app. During your consultation you can discuss symptoms, receive medical advice, and access the next steps for your care.

If clinically appropriate, your doctor can issue an electronic prescription (eScript) during your consultation. The prescription is sent directly to your phone and can be used at pharmacies across Australia.

Your doctor can provide referrals for blood tests or other pathology/radiology investigations if needed. These referrals allow you to visit a pathology or radiology provider to complete further testing.

Need time off work or study? Your doctor can provide a medical certificate following your consultation when it is medically appropriate. Certificates are delivered digitally through the app.

If your condition requires further assessment, your doctor can issue a referral to a specialist so you can continue your care with the appropriate medical professional.
